We are no longer hiring out the studio...
Our lease ended in August. We had done a deal with a company who wanted to take over the studio, and the intention was that they would move in as we moved out and you could continue hiring the space, at the same rates. However, they pulled out having signed the contract to take on the space. The landlord now has another tenant, and we have had to convert the space back into an office, so Urban's studio is no more. (We sold most of the kit in case you're wondering).
Yes, we're absolutely gutted too. Don't talk about it, it's too depressing. We loved the studio and it was pure hell having to take walls down, take down the lighting rig and turn it into a boring old office.
The best place to look for other studios is a website called www.studiohire.com they have a good selection in London.
