calendars gallery

This is the gallery containing photos from all the calendars we've published. We will be adding further galleries soon, including some arty shots and even some nudes, all featuring male models. So please stop by again soon.

The Housework Calendar

2010 featuring cover model Andry Frometa

This calendar was shot partly in Havana, Cuba and partly in London, and features some beautiful 1950's backgrounds which are typical of Cuba.

2009 featuring cover model Leon Galpin

Yes, of course, you've seen Leon in lots of adverts in magazines, he's one of Britain's top models. And no, of course you can't have his number.

2008 featuring cover model Luisandro Moreno

Jonathan's mother stopped turning the pages from this calendar in August. We had more people lusting over Spanish cover model, Luisandro, than on any other model that we've ever shot. He even turned Angie who worked in our office completely speechless when she met him. Sadly he gave up modelling to return to his hometown of Malaga to be with his wife and new baby.

2007 featuring cover model James Agus

Our first ever Housework calendar proved an immediate hit. Cover model James was a professional cricketer.

BLACK

2010 featuring cover model Derrick Twum

This calendar is one of our favourites. As well as the amazing physique of cover model Derrick Twum, it features Alex, who is one of Britain's top athletes and likely to be in our Olympics 2012 squad. Remember, you saw him first here if he gets famous!

2009 featuring cover model Amaan Sideeq

Much of this calendar was shot in New York. Amaan is a sprinter who competes nationally in the USA and has a truly amazing physique. The calendar was one of the first shot using a lot of tungsten lighting, giving strong shadows, a technique which Jonathan goes on to develop in a lot of his later work. Throughout the calendar, the guys are nude except for a piece of red silk which symbolises the red AIDS ribbon - the calendar supports children affected by AIDS and HIV.

2008 featuring cover model Tai Ogunleye

The cover shot was taken for a poster for Pyramid Posters, which sold thousands of copies. This calendar features a number of guys doing sporty things, using the single red colour of the AIDS ribbon throughout the images.

Men In Uniform

2010 featuring cover model Stefano Chiriaco

Cover model Stefano was also a winner in a men's fitness modelling competition, and no he's also not a fireman.

2009 featuring cover model James Nyman

Cover model James was winner in a men's fitness modelling competition. No, unfortunately he's not a real fireman (everyone asks that) so put the matches away. This calendar was our best selling title ever, and was even selected by Tesco for their calendar range.

The Gardener

2009 featuring cover model Camron Sheedy.

2009 was the first and only year that we published The Gardener. Camron, the cover model was a finalist in Top Model of Colour and has gone on to become quite a famous face on the modelling scene.

The Builder's Bottom

2009 featuring cover model Doug McKay

For cover model Doug, this was one of his first professional modelling assignments, so to be told to drop his trousers and climb up a ladder to fix a roof was quite a big ask. But we think he pulled it off perfectly, so to speak!

2008 featuring cover model Mehmet Edip

This was the first year we published The Builder's Bottom. The calendar was mainly shot on a South London building site on a completely freezing day in the middle of winter, so if you think the guys look sexy, imagine how they'd look in warmer weather.

Men & Colour

2006 featuring cover model Hench

This was the first calendar we ever published and includes a lot of quite arty photography by Jonathan. Jonathan is returning to producing more arty work with his new "Thin Red Line" project, so expect to see more of this type of work coming out in future months. The back cover shot, Graffiti, was a finalist in a top UK photography competition.
