Rates are fully inclusive of ALL costs and use of studio lights, but exclude VAT . If you soil colorama, you will be charged £9 plus VAT per metre for each metre soiled.

The rates quoted above are our lowest rates, and are non-cancellable, and non-refundable. When you book, we will call you and ask for a credit card and you will be charged, in full, for the cost of your booking. If you cancel your booking, we will allow you to rebook the same amount of time at half price, provided that you tell us by at least 6pm on the day before your shoot.

Want more flexibility? Worried your models may cancel? For just £10 more per hour, you can book on a “flexible” basis. This allows you to cancel your booking, without charge, up to 6pm on the day before your shoot. If you’d like the flexible option, just book online and tell us when we call to get your card details.

We charge you from the minute you, or one of your crew, start using the studio, until the minute you leave and all of your kit is removed. Charges are rounded up to the nearest hour.

You are expected to know how to use studio flash before you book the studio. If you’re rusty, or need help, we do provide training either on a one-to-one basis or a group basis. You can, for example, have a trainer help you for your first hour and show you how the kit works.
